Acid Eyeliner

I did this piece because I wanted to make a piece named acid eyeliner, an aussie band that i really like.

Changed the hue/saturation of the pic.
Added the 'eyeliner' with the paintbrush.
Reduced the Opacity/fill
Applied filters of texture
Altered colour of the iris (i think its called that)
Changed the shape of the pupil to a heart, simply by smudging

EDIT: removed the tear, increased intensity and altered the heart so its not symmetrical
EDIT: brightened the eye slightly
